The 2025 African American Health Program (AAHP) Community Day is a vibrant and empowering event dedicated to helping you take control of your health and wellness. This dynamic gathering brings together community members of all backgrounds, health professionals, local organizations, advocates, caregivers, and individuals committed to improving their well-being.

Taking place on May 31, 2025, at Montgomery College Germantown Campus (BioScience Education Center), this year’s event focuses on prioritizing YOU—providing the tools, knowledge, and encouragement to lead a healthier, more empowered life.
